Refund Policy

All registrations, ticket purchases, vendor fees, sponsorships, and related payments are subject to the following Refund Policy.

1. Deposit Policy

Any required deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Deposits are used to secure space, services, administrative costs, and event planning expenses and cannot be returned or transferred.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, may be considered only for payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, and only if the request meets the conditions outlined below.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) within the designated timeframe stated for the specific event, registration, or agreement.

• Requests made after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place.

4. Partial vs. Full Refunds

• Partial refunds may be issued when eligible, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Full refunds are generally not issued unless an event is canceled by the organizer and no services or benefits have been rendered.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for, but not limited to:

• Failure to attend or participate in the event

• Weather conditions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel issues

• Personal emergencies

• Removal due to violation of event rules, policies, or conduct standards

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If an event is canceled by the organizer, refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be issued or applied as a credit toward a future event at the organizer’s discretion.

• If an event is rescheduled, all payments will automatically carry over to the new date. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

• Please allow 7–14 business days for processing once a refund is approved.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, registration, or application, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
